I have been in the residential construction business since 1985, spending 21 of those years in Atlanta, GA, where we concentrated our efforts on custom home building and high end renovation work.  After relocating to Fairhope, AL in 2006 and establishing BOB EVANS HOMES, LLC, I continued with my pursuit of producing high quality homes while providing excellent customer service for my clients for the next 13 years.  At this point, in the summer of 2019, with a desire to broaden the scope of my services while still keeping my hands in the creative process that results in making homeowners dreams a reality, I established EVANS HOME CONSULTING AND DESIGN, LLC.

In an industry that can often times be confusing and frustrating, the goal of Evans Home Consulting & Design is to provide customers with the valuable information and knowledge I have gained over my 34 years in the construction business.  An advocate with no agenda except to help homeowners avoid costly mistakes, protect their most valued asset, and bring clarity to the process, Evans Home Consulting & Design offers these information based services to real estate agents and prospective homebuyers, DIY homeowners and those who may want to act as their own general contractor.  We also offer a more hands on, new home construction management service as well as design work for interior renovations and small additions and projects.
